Лирика

1. Oceans

He casts his judgement out to ease the strains.
Every time he goes to sleep he wakes up in the same day.
The cursed trail of justice leads him round and round.
It's hard to hold the face trying not to show.

The simple things they never seem to satisfy.
The complex world just leaves him there to wonder wonder why.
Standing on the shore staring out to sea
Won't let it go just can't let it be.

He uses pessimism like a balm to soothe the disappointment before it starts.
His acrid wit helps him to get by. Too lazy to love, too unaware.

2. The Call / Close To Animal

Here in the mountains free to run.
Escaping from the prey that I had become.
When the storm clouds break I'll let it rain upon my face – my face

I hold the sand beneath my hands and I breathe.
Open my fingers and feel the cold winds take it away
Bring me down and show me how to slowly fall away – away.

A change of seasons brings a reason to see the constant danger of eyes asleep.
Don't think the instincts out and put the animal in a cage – cage.

3. The Lower Road

Memories come flooding over me.
Out of the blue and oh so real.
Somethings calling but without a sound.
Will I look or turn away.
There's a choice to make to take the lower road.
The lower road that you walk on your own.

Vultures gather but theres no remains.
The feast was fine and mine alone.
Just like grass before the sickle.
The honesty is hard to find.

We must bring back the dead and dance within their sorrows so when I wake and speak your name it sounds so hollow.
We must bring back the dead and dance within their sorrows so when I wake and see your face it's just a shadow.

4. Deep And Hallowed

When promises are broken and your abandoned.
When expectations slip away and you can see it clearly.
Behind the fragile veil of what appears to be lies a place where you don't have to believe.
Burning deep and hallowed.

When that snake led you to the other side of regret did you see to much crystallise the old illusions.
Behind the tragic tears and the crosses you bear lies a place where you don't have to believe.
Burning deep and hallowed.

It's time to live again no time for lying.
It's time to breathe it in feeling your spirit rising.
It's time to live it's time to live.
The eye of a wolf is how I see into the spine again.
Burning deep and hallowed.

5. Towards The Sun

When Wisdom Calls And Angels Fall
I Run Towards The Sun
I Feel Myself Return

6. Change Your Mind

Show a sign to me and take me high to a place higher than I've ever been.
I'll touch the sun and on the way back down I won't justify what I have seen or what I believe – show a sign.

Lost my faith in man so tired of all reasons to me its all the same just trapped inside the little prisons

You can change your mind when worlds collide
I won't waste today longing for tomorrow

The blinding haze, the missing days, the downward spiral
The wind blows in on this old skin and I'm alive
I always knew I'd find a reason
Now the waves wash in and make me whole again

Trust my way again
So tired of all reasons to me its all the same just trapped inside your little prisons
You can change your mind
Longing for tomorrow"

7. Naiad

They took out the fear transistor from inside her brain.
They felt that that was what was driving her insane.
With gills behind her neck and fins behind her knees
With hydro sucking lips she'll rule the, she'll rule the seven seas.

So she came ashore what for.
Adonis don't swim if he agreed to see between the reeds
I'm sure she'd let him in – is her tail the scale of justice
A soul swimmer divine the need for seed a seed thats soaked in brine.
